People: Cirrus, Raines, Diversified, Kyyba

Cirrus Medical Staffing, a Charlotte, N.C.-based provider of travel nursing and allied healthcare staffing, announced that Annette Bolster has moved into the role of nursing recruitment manager for the company’s traveling nurse division. She joined the company in 2007 and will be responsible for the placement of travel nurse professionals for clients within the hospital, skilled nursing, outpatient, and home health sectors.

Raines International, a New York City-based executive search firm, announced the appointment of Shami Anand as vice president in the firm’s operations practice. She previously served as vice president, worldwide sweeteners and other beverage ingredients at PepsiCo Inc. Anand will be based in the firm’s New York office.

Diversified Search Odgers Berndtson, a Philadelphia-based executive search firm, has named J. Veronica Biggins as managing director to lead the firm’s board of directors practice. Biggins has more than 15 years’ experience serving as director of the board for Fortune 500 companies. She previously served as assistant to President Bill Clinton and director of presidential personnel.

Kyyba Inc., a group of companies that focuses on engineering and information technology staffing, named Kevin Dacey as executive vice president. Dacey has more than 28 years of staffing services experience. He will be responsible for expanding the group’s services to a new client base as well as increasing industry and geographical diversification.
