Here are recent promotions, new hires and other personnel announcements. Today’s listings include announcements from Cielo, RSA, Harvey Nash, Lucas Group, The Elliot Group, PeopLease, Matlen Silver, Consilium Staffing, RiseSmart and PrincetonOne.

Cielo announced Erin Lange, executive vice president of operations excellence and innovation, will relocate to the U.K. to serve as executive vice president of global operations, a similar role that is broader in scope. Pinstripe, a Brookfield, Wis.-based provider of recruitment process outsourcing, and U.K.-based Ochre House, which Pinstripe acquired in July 2013, began operating as the Cielo brand last month.

Cielo also announced the following leadership changes at its North America operating board:

• Juliana Barela has been promoted to vice president of client service delivery in North America.
• Anne Bucher has been promoted to senior vice president of North America operations and global customer experience.
• Ellen Chiesa, director of human resources, expands the scope of her current role, joining Cielo’s North America Operating Board and representing people initiatives in the North American region.
• Staci Roberts joins as senior vice president of business development for Cielo’s Healthcare division.

Ciber Inc. (NYSE: CBR), a Greenwood, Colo.-based information technology staffing and solutions firm, named Kim Randers as its new vice president, international human resources. Randers has more than 15 years’ experience in HR, including 10 years at First Data Corp., most recently in human resources for the company’s international technology group.

RSA, a U.K.-based global life sciences executive search and board advisory firm, appointed Elizabeth McCabe as head of RSA North America. Prior to joining RSA, McCabe started Artis BioMedica, a boutique life sciences search firm.

Harvey Nash Inc. appointed Molly Kane as managing director of the Washington state market and Jacob Tavares as managing director of the Colorado market. Kane joined Harvey Nash in 2012 as a recruiting manager and moved into a sales director role in 2013. Kane replaces Sean Gilligan, who was promoted to a national practice leadership role as vice president of enterprise technology delivery for Harvey Nash. Tavares joined Harvey Nash in July as a recruiter and was promoted to recruiting manager within two months. He will relocate from Seattle to Denver for his new position. Harvey Nash Inc., headquartered in Wayne, N.J., is the U.S. division of The Harvey Nash Group plc, a London-based provider of information technology staffing and services.

Lucas Group, an Atlanta-based executive search firm, promoted three associates: Executive Search Consultant Meredith Graham, accounting and finance in Los Angeles, was promoted to senior executive search consultant; Senior Executive Search Consultant Jeff Cousens, sales and marketing in Atlanta, was promoted to senior partner; and Senior Partner Jack Hosterman, military transition in Dallas, was promoted to executive senior partner.

The Elliot Group announced Rodney Morris joined the company as a senior vice president, search consultant. Morris previously was senior vice president of human resources at Ignite Restaurant Group. The Elliot Group is an executive search and strategic consulting firm targeting the hospitality, foodservice, manufacturing and service sector industries. The firm is headquartered in New York with offices in Georgia, New Hampshire and Texas.

PeopLease, a transportation professional employer organization headquartered in Mount Pleasant, S.C., announced Joe Mauro joined its executive leadership team as senior vice president of sales and customer development.

IT staffing provider Matlen Silver promoted Manuel Vidal from executive vice president of sales and operations to chief operating officer. He has been with the firm for 17 years.

Consilium Staffing, a locum tenens staffing firm based in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, announced Mike Gianas joined the firm as its new director of communications. Gianas has more than five years of communications, marketing, and public relations experience within the healthcare staffing industry.

Outplacement provider RiseSmart named Karin Bootsma as vice president of marketing. Bootsma, a former Monster Worldwide executive, has more than 20 years’ experience in high-tech marketing.

PrincetonOne announced Kaye Salikof is the general manager of its new expanded office in Tampa Bay, Fla. Prior to joining PrincetonOne, Salikof operated a Management Recruiters International location. Skillman, N.J.-based PrincetonOne provides executive search, recruitment process outsourcing and contract staffing.
