The Bartech Group Inc. announced Erica Leone will serve as vice president of recruiting and Robin Sanders wil serve as vice president of strategy and solutions. Leone will oversee Bartech’s national recruiting center, and she will be based at Bartech’s corporate office in Southfield, Mich. Leone most recently served at CDI Corp. (NYSE: CDI). Sanders will be based in Dallas and be responsible for development and execution of Bartech’s total talent management strategy with existing clients, including contingent workforce, statement of work, independent consultants, services procurement, direct hire/recruitment process outsourcing and payrolling solutions.

Executive search firm Heidrick & Struggles International Inc. (NASD: HSII) announced that Heidi Rustin has joined the firm as a consumer markets practice partner She is based in the New York office. Rustin previously worked at two boutique competitors, serving as partner at one for six years.

Team Health Holdings Inc. (NYSE: TMH) elected Joseph “Joe” Herring and Neil M. Kurtz, MD to its board of directors. Herring is chairman of the board and CEO of Covance Inc., a public clinical research organization. Kurtz is president and CEO of Golden Living LLC, a privately-held skilled nursing, hospice, home healthcare and institutional pharmacy company.

Professional employer organization TriNet appointed Katherine August-deWilde to its board of directors. August-deWilde has served as president and COO at First Republic Bank since 2007 and has more than 25 years of senior executive leadership and M&A and IPO experience in the banking industry.

Kincannon and Reed, a search firm specializing in the food, agribusiness and life sciences sectors, announced Auree de Carbon has joined the firm as a managing director. De Carbon is based in Paris, France. Prior to joining Kincannon & Reed, Auree was director international for a retained executive search firm. Kincannon & Reed operates offices in the Americas, Europe and Asia/Pacific.
