Adecco SA, the world's largest staffing firm, appointed Peter Alcide as global business line head of Adecco Human Capital Solutions and as president and chief operating officer of its Lee Hecht Harrison outplacement division. Alcide had served as executive VP and chief operating officer of Lee Hecht Harrison.

TeamStaff Inc. (NASD: TSTF) named Dale West as president of its TeamStaff Rx subsidiary, which provides travel nurses and allied healthcare professionals. West was the founder of RN Network, and grew revenue there to more than $100 million over a five-year period. RN Network was later sold in 2004 to CompHealth Group, now CHG Healthcare Services Inc.
