Here are recent promotions, new hires and other personnel announcements made by staffing firms. Today’s listings include announcements from Accountable, PrincetonOne, IQNavigator, Q Analysts, Vaco Raleigh, Odgers Berndtson and Heidrick & Struggles.

Accountable Healthcare Staffing Inc., a Boca Raton, Fla.-based healthcare staffing provider, promoted Richard Norris to regional manager of Central Florida. Norris established Accountable’s presence in South Florida and in Melbourne. He will now focus on Accountable’s book of business throughout the Central Florida region, overseeing both the Melbourne and Orlando branches.

PrincetonOne added Jeff Utzinger to its recruitment process outsourcing division in Indianapolis as the senior director of RPO operations. Skillman, N.J.-based PrincetonOne provides executive search, recruitment process outsourcing and contract staffing.

Denver-based IQNavigator, a vendor management system and managed services provider, announced Jagan Reddy joined the company's executive team as IQNavigator's executive vice president of customer success.

Information technology staffing provider Q Analysts LLC appointed Thomas Borchelt as principal advisor of Q Analysts’ Big Data & Analytics practice. Borchelt joined Q Analysts as a consultant in January and officially joined the company in March. The Santa Clara, Calif.-based firm specializes in software quality assurance and testing, business intelligence, data warehousing and professional services.

Vaco Raleigh, an executive search and consulting firm based in Raleigh N.C., announced Jeremy Hoogsteen joined the firm as director of IT staffing.

The Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) is opening an office in California this month and added Jon Decoteau, membership engagement divisional director and California field leader, and Jason Gabhart, California state government affairs advisor, to support its work in the state.

Executive search firm Odgers Berndtson added Timothy Brooks to the firm’s industrial and consumer practices as a partner in its New York office. Brooks previously was an executive search consultant with Russell Reynolds.
