IQNavigator Inc., a vendor management system operator, announced a strategic partnership with Allegis Group Services, which provides managed service provider, recruitment process outsourcing and consulting services.

"We believe the time has come for managed service providers and vendor management systems to both have skin in the game when it comes to potential new clients," Art Knapp, executive VP of the MSP segment of IQNavigator, said in a press release. "Our strategy is to work closely with our partners to collectively design the right solution for the client."

Allegis Group Services is part of the Allegis Group, the largest U.S. staffing firm in terms of revenue according to Staffing Industry Analysts' 2009 list of largest U.S. staffing firms.
