Pacer Health Corp. (OTCBB: PHLH.OB) acquired healthcare staffing firm Professional Emergency Services LLC of Columbia MO.

Pacer, which announced the deal last week, is a Miami Lakes FL-based operator of hospitals, medical centers and psychiatric facilities in the Southeast.

Professional Emergency Services will operate under the name Pacer Staffing Inc. and serve locations throughout the United States. Staffing services include nurses, physicians and allied health provided on a temporary and direct hire basis.
