Northwest Staffing Resources, a Portland OR-based staffing firm, acquired Riada Staffing Options, a provider of industrial and office/clerical staffing.

Riada was a division of Atkinson Staffing Inc. of Pasco WA. Riada operated one office in Maple Valley WA; the office took on the Northwest Staffing Resources brand.

"We are very excited about this recent acquisition," said Northwest Staffing Resources General Manger Molly Kalomiris. "It fits well with our company model and blends perfectly with our current operations in both Kent and Bellevue WA."

The Riada deal took place in the fourth quarter. The price of the acquisition was not announced.
