Nevada Jobless Rate Falls, but Remains Highest

Nevada reported the highest unemployment rate among state in November at 13.0 percent despite falling from 13.4 percent in October, the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics reported today. California posted the second-highest rate in November at 11.3 percent.

North Dakota again registered the lowest jobless rate at 3.4 percent in November, down from 3.5 percent in October. It was followed by Nebraska with the second-lowest jobless rate at 4.1 percent.
