Nesco Resource, a Cleveland-based staffing firm, named Timothy McPherson as president and chief operating officer. McPherson previously served as a regional VP for Adecco Engineering and Technical and has 23 years of experience in the staffing industry.

John Tomsich, who formerly served as president of Nesco Resource, will now be president of the diversified holding company Nesco Inc.

Nesco Resource provides staffing in the engineering, information technology, finance and accounting, industrial, and office/clerical segments. It ranked No. 63 on Staffing Industry Analysts' list of largest U.S. staffing firms released earlier this year.
