The Nelson Family of Companies named a new CFO along with a VP of marketing and VP of business solutions.

Joe Prusko takes the CFO role at the Sonoma, Calif.-based staffing firm. Prusko has more than 35 years of financial management experience with both public and private companies, including Goldrush Stores, Accountants International (now Randstad Finance & Accounting), and Management Solutions Inc.

Crissy Russo was named VP of marketing. Russo most recently served at outplacement provider RiseSmart, which Randstad Holding nv acquired last year in a $100 million deal.

Rachel MacNeill was promoted from within the Nelson organization to serve as VP of business solutions, leading the company’s technology team.

“All predictions point to a true candidate-driven market in 2016,” said Craig Nelson, chairman of the Nelson board of directors. “It will be even more crucial for the businesses we serve to remain competitive for talent; the leadership changes we’ve put in place will help us fully support those efforts.”
