Russell Reynolds appoints managing directors; JBCConnect gets director and senior VP …

Global executive search firm Russell Reynolds Associates announced Kevin Butler has been hired as a managing director of the firm's healthcare sector in the Americas. He will be based in New York and Boston. With more than 15 years of executive search experience, Butler recently co-founded and served as managing partner of Heritage Partners International, a boutique executive search firm serving the life sciences industry.

Russell Reynolds also announced the appointment of Tom Robinson to its Boston office as managing director. Robinson has more than 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry and spent 10 years at another executive search and assessment firm.

Hal Hefner was named director of business development at JBCConnect, a Los Angeles-based creative staffing agency, and Mindy Worel was named senior VP.
