Paychex Inc., a Rochester, N.Y.-based payroll processing firm that also provides professional employer organization services, appointed Sanjay Hiranandani as vice president of information technology operations. He was also named an officer of the company. Hiranandani most recently served as senior vice president and chief technology officer of the former PAETEC Holding Corp., a Fortune 1000 telecommunications company that was acquired earlier this month.

M Squared Consulting, a provider of project leaders and subject matter experts for managing and implementing business-critical initiatives, announced that Barbara Fette has joined its healthcare group as a senior vice president of sales. Fette joins M Squared Consulting from Kforce Inc. (NASD: KFRC).

Global Human Resources Outsourcing, a professional employer organization, promoted Nichole DeGidio to vice president of operations. DeGidio has more than 13 years of human resources experience in the areas of manufacturing, logistics, non-profit and government.

Odgers Berndtson, an executive search firm, announced that Patrice “Pat” Young joined the global life sciences and healthcare practices as a partner based in the firm’s Boston office. She will also collaborate with the firm’s private equity team. Prior to joining Odgers Berndtson, Young was at Korn/Ferry International Inc. (NYSE: KFY).

Compliance, a national legal staffing and managed review company, appointed Adam Platin and Lauren Rothenberg as executive vice presidents. Platin previously served as director of legal solutions for Hudson Legal, a division of Hudson Highland Group Inc. (NASD: HHGP). Rothenberg was previously a senior vice president for Hudson.

PrincetonOne, a Skillman, N.J.-based staffing provider, announced seven new employees: Alicia Franklin as a project coordinator for the company’s Cleveland office; Jena Goodermote as account executive in Denver; Cindy Haas as account executive in Austin, Texas; Ben Ricchio as a relationship manager in the company’s recruitment process outsourcing division; Jennifer Ruprecht as national accounts manager in Pittsburgh; Jocelyn Scott as human resource practice leader for the Philadelphia office; and Kelly Stephenson as account manager of transportation and logistics.
