Tatum hires managing partners. Russell Reynolds Associates appoints executive director. Nesco Resource announces appointments. Diversified Search Odgers Berndtson hires managing director. The Judge Group announces promotion.

Tatum, an executive services firm, announced Don Alvarez joined its New York practice as managing partner and that John Gramer has joined Tatum Talent, the firm’s executive search practice, as national managing partner.

Russell Reynolds Associates, an executive search firm, appointed Francois Kouroriez as executive director. Kouroriez, a former insurance executive, will serve the insurance industry. He spent six years with Genworth Financial, most recently as the senior vice president of services. He will be based in Boston.

Nesco Resource, a Cleveland-based firm that provides staffing, appointed Julie Gammon and Joanne Prewitt as area vice presidents.

Diversified Search Odgers Berndtson, an executive search firm, announced that James Pruett joined as a managing director. Pruett has 12 years of experience in retained executive search focused on national search assignments within the financial services, professional services and real estate industries. He is based in Chicago.

The Judge Group, a Philadelphia-based provider of staffing, promoted Paul Brown to the position of managing director of the Washington metro region. Brown joined the Judge organization in 2005.
