The Training Associates, a provider of training delivery solutions and trainers on-demand, announced the additions of Bob Flynn as vice president of marketing and partner programs and Andy Shulman as training career placement manager. Prior to joining The Training Associates, Flynn spent 23 years at IBM in various capacities. He also founded Progressive Insights Inc., a multimedia company specializing in the development of on demand distributed learning. Shulman previously was director of consulting services for R.L. Stevens & Associates and was responsible for managing marketing and sales.

System One announced the addition of Todd Sullivan as vice president of IT solutions. Sullivan has more than 14 years' experience in executive level sales, recruiting and management experience, most recently serving as vice president of engineering services with Tristar/TSG.

The Select Group, an IT and engineering staffing firm, announced the hiring of Brian Petz, director of finance, in the company's Raleigh, N.C., headquarters. Petz most recently worked as a revenue manager at Tekelec and director of accounting at Parata Systems.

RSR Partners has appointed Brad McLane as managing director and co-head of the firm's marketing, consumer and hospitality practices. McLane will lead the firm's Chicago office. He most recently was head of the marketing officers' practice in the Americas and co-head of the North American consumer products and services practice at Russell Reynolds Associates.

CTPartners, a retained executive search firm, hired Greg Konstans as a partner in the company's financial services practice. Konstans' primary market focus will include consumer and diversified financial services, human resources and financial officer searches. He will be based in Dallas. Konstans last worked with Russell Reynolds as co-head of the consumer financial services practice in the Americas and as a senior member of the firm's financial officers and human resources practices.
