Mastech Holdings Inc. (AMEX: MHH) reported that Murali Balasubramanyam, executive vice president of human resources and recruiting, left the company effective April 6, according to a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Administration.

Balasubramanyam had been with the company since 1994. And was a key contributor to the development of its human resources and recruiting functions, according to the company's Web site.

He helped to establish and build Mastech's India-based recruiting operations, then returned to the United States to globalize Mastech's recruiting efforts and establish offices in North America, South America, Europe, and Asia.
