MDI Group named Brad Mencher as its chief financial officer. Mencher previously served as executive VP for strategic services at the Atlanta-based company, and has been at MDI for almost 10 years. MDI provides information technology and finance/accounting staffing. It reported revenue of more than $74 million in 2007.
