Kforce Inc. (NASD: KFRC) named Joseph  Liberatore as president effective Jan. 1. He will take over from Bill Sanders, who will move to the role of vice chairman. Liberatore’s current job of CFO will be filled by David Kelly.

Sanders joined Kforce in 1999. He will serve as vice chairman until his scheduled retirement in June 2013, although he may continue to serve in a limited capacity beyond that date, said Chairman and CEO David Dunkel.

Liberatore joined Kforce in 1988 and has been chief financial officer since 2004.

Kelly joined Kforce in 2000, holding the position of senior vice president of finance and accounting since 2009 and corporate assistant secretary since 2010.

Kforce, based in Tampa, Fla., ranks as the fourteenth-largest U.S. staffing firm.
