Kelly Services Inc. (NASD: KELYA) announced that Paul Vincent has joined KellyOCG as VP of the firm’s outsourcing and consulting group, effective today. The global role is a new position within KellyOCG.

Based in London, Vincent reports to John Healy, KellyOCG’s managing director of global talent supply chain for KellyOCG. He joins KellyOCG from Insight Sourcing Solutions, a company he founded in 2009 that assists organizations in buying or selling business services. Prior to establishing his own consultancy practice, Vincent spent more than 20 years with communications services company BT Group plc, where he held a series of senior executive procurement and commercial positions in addition to leading change programs for the sales, customer satisfaction and product management teams.

“Adapting HR to meet the needs of business today means taking a lesson from cost- and time-sensitive disciplines to develop a supply-chain management model that works for individuals,” Healy said. “In this regard, Paul will play a key role in shaping and executing KellyOCG’s strategy as a leader in the global talent supply chain space counseling organizations on improving productivity and efficiency.”
