Kelly Services Inc. (NASD: KELYA) named Peter Quigley as chief administrative officer, in addition to his current role as senior vice president and general counsel. The company also promoted Teresa Carroll to senior VP and general manager of global talent solutions.

Quigley will be responsible for the administrative function areas including human resources, IT, global service, facilities and corporate communication. These duties will be in addition to his law and risk management responsibilities.

Quigley joined Kelly in 2002. He has been a member of Kelly’s senior leadership team for more than 10 years and is also a member of the American Staffing Association’s board of directors. He reports to Kelly Kelly Services President and CEO Carl Camden.

Carroll will manage the company’s Kelly Outsourcing and Consulting Group (KellyOCG) in addition to overseeing Kelly's global sales function and the company’s centralized delivery team. Carroll previously served as senior VP, Centers of Excellence and general manager, KellyOCG.

Carroll is also on the Staffing 100 list of most influential people in staffing, and was included in a Staffing Industry Review story on the gig economy.

She will report to executive VP and COO George Corona.
