Kelly Services General Counsel to Retire

Kelly Services Inc. (NASD: KELYA) executive Daniel Lis will retire effective Jan. 1, the company announced today. Lis serves as senior vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary.

“Dan’s trusted counsel and expert leadership have been a tremendous asset to Kelly throught his nearly 10-year tenure,” said President and CEO Carl Camden. “He has been a vital member of our executive team and has contributed greatly to Kelly’s success.”

Peter Quigley will assume the role of general counsel after Lis’ retirement. Quigley presently serves as senior vice president, global client relationships team. Quigley joined Kelly in 2002.

In addition, James Polehna will add the role of corporate secretary to his current duties as vice president of investor relations and corporate communications. Polehna has also been serving as Kelly’s assistant corporate secretary for the past three years. He joined Kelly in 2001.
