ICIMS, Inc., a talent management software provider, acquired Jobmagic, . Prior to the acquisition, Jobmagic's social media tools powered iCIMS’ social distribution solution, enabling iCIMS Talent Platform customers to promote job openings on social media sites.

Following a $35 million minority investment by Susquehanna Growth Equity in January of this year, iCIMS has been executing a strategic growth plan that includes increased investments in marketing, product  development, and acquisitions. The Jobmagic acquisition is the company's first this year.
