Latham Williams, senior VP, legal affairs and administration, corporate secretary of the company, will cease employment with Hudson Global Inc. (NASD: HSON), according to a filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission.

However, Williams will serve as a consultant to the New York-based staffing provider as corporate secretary for the 2015 year. He will be paid an annual consulting fee of $100,000.
