Frank Lanuto, senior vice president, controller and chief accounting officer of Hudson Global Inc. (NASD: HSON), accepted a chief financial officer position at another company, according to a May 17 filing with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission. He will resign from his position with the New York-based staffing provider effective Aug. 14, 2013.

Lanuto joined Hudson in 2008 and has served as senior vice president and corporate controller since 2009.
