Heidrick & Struggles International Inc. (NASD: HSII) completed its acquisition of 75 Search Partners LLC, a Boston-based executive search firm that recruits senior investment professionals globally. Terms of the deal were not announced.

The founders of 75 Search Partners, Lisa DeConto and Scott Vierra, will join Heidrick as partners in its Boston office.

"The 75 Search Partners team enhances our capabilities within our asset management sector and also increases our presence in the Boston market," said CEO L. Kevin Kelly. "Asset management, in particular, is a less cyclical segment of the financial services industry and building this sector is a strategic initiative for our financial services practice."
