Glotel Inc.'s new CEO is Michele Casey, the company announced. Casey joined Glotel in 2005 as its chief financial officer and chief accounting officer, and will continue to serve as CFO as well as CEO. She takes over the CEO role from Andy Baker.

Casey has 20 years of experience in various business disciplines including finance, operations and marketing among others, the company said.

Glotel is a technology staffing firm with headquarters in Chicago. It was acquired in 2007 by Spring Group PLC, a London-based information technology recruiting firm.
