General Employment hires former staffing CEO

General Employment Enterprises Inc. (NYSE MKT: JOB), an Oakbrook Terrace, Ill.-based staffing provider, named William “Bill” Paulding as manager of business development and operations.

Paulding was the founder and CEO of Stafflogix from 2006 to 2013 and helped expand the IT staffing firm into the light industrial, engineering, accounting/finance, clerical and healthcare sectors. Stafflogix was acquired by CorTech in 2013. Prior to founding Stafflogix, Paulding was president and CEO from 1996 to 2005 of SILYX Corp., an IT consulting company.

Paulding will focus on expanding General Employment’s brand and service offerings, as well as integrating new services and businesses coming on board.

 “Bill will be an instrumental leader, not only in the integration of our businesses, but also in the implementation of our business model and expansion of our sales and service offerings,” said General Employment CEO Andrew Norstrud.

General Employment operates 22 branch offices in 11 states. It provides professional staffing in information technology, engineering and accounting. It also provides light industrial staffing.
