General Employment Delays Annual Report

January 02, 2013

General Employment Enterprises Inc. (NYSE MKT: JOB) reported its annual report for its fiscal year ended Sept. 30, 2012, will be delayed because of a change in auditors announced earlier this year, according to a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.

General Employment dropped BDO USA LLC after a disagreement over fees and time frame for a report into the company’s financial affiliation with Wilber Anthony Huff. Federal authorities filed an indictment against Huff on Oct. 1, claiming fraudulent schemes that totaled more than $100 million. For the original story, click here.
