Alphyr SAS, the parent company of aquila RH, Lynx RH and Vitalis Médical franchise staffing networks, announced today that revenue reached €29.5 million for the first half of the year 2015, increasing by 48% compared with the same period last year.

The company believes these results confirm the success of the franchisee concept. It allows the agencies to mix the reactivity and the entrepreneurial commitment of small structures with the processes and tools of larger organizations.

The network launched in 2009, continues its aggressive growth and has 51 branches today, of which eight opened in the first half of 2015. 

In the same release, the management indicates that the digital know-how shared by all the branches of the group also contributes to its success, and adds that customer satisfaction is at the heart of the process. The annual customer satisfaction survey shows a 97 % satisfaction rate.

Established in 2009, Alphyr has a temporary and permanent staffing network with a distinctive franchise model. It combines 3 brands: Lynx RH (dedicated to qualified profiles in IT, Engineering and support staff), aquila RH (dedicated to profiles in Construction, Logistics, Industry and Distribution) and Vitalis Médical (dedicated to medical profiles). Lynx RH was ranked sixth at “Company of Future” competition led by EY/ L’Express in 2014. The Alphyr group is targeting to reach the 80 branch mark in 2016.
