Bloomberg reports Robert Damon, who was executive chairman of the Americas at Korn Ferry International Inc. (NYSE: KFY) until his dismissal in January, has sued the executive search firm, claiming it fired him for defending women from the abuse of CEO Gary Burnison. “Mr. Damon’s complaint is an attempt to deflect the real reason for his termination,” Dan Gugler, a company spokesman reported to Bloomberg. “He was terminated with cause for inappropriate personal behavior, flagrant violations of company policies and material breaches of his own employment arrangement.”
