G&A Partners, a professional employer organization, acquired ProSource Management Solutions, another Houston-based PEO. The combined firms will have more than 600 clients and 16,000 worksite employees, according to the company.

ProSource Chief Operating Officer Kim Traylor will join G&A’s executive team and focus on helping manage client relationships and oversee general operations. G&A will retain ProSource’s other 32 employees as well.

“Combining our two PEOs, which have truly grown up down the road from each other in Houston, will create one of the strongest and most highly skilled HR and administrative service providers in Texas,” said G&A Chairman and CEO Tony Grijalva.
