Erecruit Holdings LLC, a provider of enterprise software for staffing firms, acquired eStaff365, a cloud-based onboarding solution targeting the staffing industry.

The transaction closed last week; terms were not disclosed.

EStaff365 provides electronic onboarding with secure digital signatures, I9 with E-Verify integration, all state and federal forms, and a self-service PDF forms engine to support staffing firm or client documents.

The eStaff365 brand will remain and co-founders John Wagner and Marc Miller will continue to lead its sales and technology development.

In July, erecruit received a $25 million minority investment from private equity firm North Bridge Growth Equity.
