Global executive search organisation IIC Partners Executive Search Worldwide has extended its reach to the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) for the first time following its acceptance of Dubai-based Envision Partnership into membership.

Envision is IIC Partners’ only partner firm located in the UAE and marks the sixth executive search firm accepted this year.

Founded in 1997 and based in Dubai since 2005, Envision Partnership is a retained executive search and leadership consulting firm serving the MENA region. The company specialises in senior-level executive searches, board director appointments, succession planning, tailored human resources solutions, and leadership consulting.
