CorTech, a global staffing provider based in Atlanta, acquired Stafflogix Corp., a Naperville, Ill.-based staffing firm with offices nationwide. The transaction closed May 24 and terms were not disclosed.

The Stafflogix brand now operates as CorTech and three Stafflogix executives joined the CorTech team: Doug Wetzel, senior regional vice president; Kathy Greco, senior vice president, strategic initiatives; and Jody Rummel, vice president, outsourced services.

This acquisition provides CorTech with an expanded footprint and the ability to grow into new and fast-growing markets, the company said in a statement.
