Kenexa (NYSE: KNXA) received a contract to provide recruitment process outsourcing services for Eli Lilly and Co. in some of Lilly’s major markets. Lilly is the 10th-largest pharmaceutical firm in the world, according to Kenexa. The five-year deal represents Wayne, Penn.-based Kenexa’s largest RPO contract to date. The deal includes onboarding, recruiting, assessment, survey solutions and employment branding.

Ciber Inc. (NYSE: CBR) announced it received a 30-month subcontract from Delta Solutions and Technologies Inc. to provide management and data migration support for the implementation of the U.S. Department of the Interior’s Financial and Business Management System with the Bureau of Reclamation’s Management Services Office.
