Comsys IT Partners Inc. (NASD: CITP) said it reached a referral agreement with Argus Connection Inc. of Grand Prairie TX that allowed it to sign employment agreements with more than 30 Argus contractors. Argus ceased its staffing operations on Oct. 19 and the deal will allow the former Argus contractors to continue working at their assignments, according to Comsys.
"By absorbing the Argus contractors into our staff, Comsys has become one of the largest suppliers of IT staffing services to a major energy company, while providing for an orderly transition of the affected contractors and clients," said David Kerr, senior VP of corporate development.
