CTPartners to expand in Australia

April 29, 2014

CTPartners Executive Search Inc. (NYSE MKT: CTP) struck a deal to acquire the Perth, Australia, office of Park Brown International, an executive search firm targeting the energy, natural resources and infrastructure. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Park Brown also operates offices in Houston and Aberdeen, Scotland.

“Park Brown in Perth is known as the leading, independent search firm in their sector, dominating the Asia Pacific region,” said CTPartners CEO Brian Sullivan. “The four partners of Park Brown, Debbie Cozart, Colin Simpson, Beau Yorke and David Cowan, strengthen our Industrial sector expertise and complement our existing global natural resources capabilities. Their reputations are stellar and we are thrilled to have them on board.”

CTPartners last month acquired Johnson Executive Search, an independent executive search and leadership advisory firm based in Sydney, Australia.

New York-based CTPartners ranks No. 7 on Staffing Industry Analysts’ list of largest U.S. retained search firms.
