CTPartners to be delisted from NYSE MKT

July 23, 2015

CTPartners Executive Search Inc. (NYSE MKT: CTP) will be delisted from the New York Stock Exchange, effective Aug. 3, according to a filing Wednesday with the US Securities and Exchange Commission.

The NYSE cited a June 23 press release in which CTPartners stated its intentions to wind down its remaining operations, and possibly cease operations entirely or seek bankruptcy protection.

The exchange notified CTPartners of the decision June 23 and the company did not appeal in the required time frame.

DHR, a Chicago-based executive search firm, this month acquired assets of CTPartners.
