CFO move lets Command Center elect new director

July 15, 2015

Industrial staffing provider Command Center Inc. (OTCBB: CCNI) elected Richard Finlay to its board effective July 9 after CFO Jeff Wilson stepped down. Wilson will remain CFO; he left the board to allow the company to elect an independent director.

Wilson has been a board member at the Coeur D’Alene, Idaho-based firm since 2010 and CFO since 2014.

New board member Finlay has served in leadership positions for several enterprises. They include Pet’s Choice, a veterinary hospital group; Fluid Marine, a boat manufacturer; Kinetix Living, a fitness and nutrition company; and Carena, an early stage healthcare company. He has also worked in business development at The Boeing Company. He is presently executive VP and CFO at a private school in Sammamish, Wash.

“Richard brings to our board a broad financial and operational background, including responsibility for both organic growth and acquisitions,” said Command Center President and CEO Bubba Sandford.
