Contracts Consultancy Ltd. (CCL Global) promoted Resources Director Richard Holmes to operations director, effective Sept. 1. He replaces David Giles, who is leaving the business after 30 years as part of CCL’s senior management team.

Chris Maltby continues to lead operations in the US, with Jon Cox in London, alongside finance manager Kris Macnamara.
