Barton Telehealth provides access to Barton Associates’ network of locum tenens physicians, nurse practitioners and physician assistants and provides full- or part-time staffing support, after-hours coverage and specialist consultations.

Barton Telehealth is web-based and accessible via a computer or device with a web camera, microphone and an internet connection. The platform is HIPAA- and HITECH-compliant with advanced encryption.

Telemedicine technology is projected to be among the largest areas of growth in the healthcare industry, with experts predicting the remote patient monitoring sector to grow six-fold by 2017, according to Barton.
