Hostess Brands, the maker of Twinkies, filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection, CNN.com reported. ManpowerGroup Inc. (NYSE: MAN) was listed among Hostess’ creditors as being owed $754,000.

Separately, ManpowerGroup Inc. is taking part in an initiative to end human trafficking.

In another story on the Web, a National Labor Relations Board ruling would impact employers’ use of arbitration agreements, according to news reports. Employment law firm Littler Mendelson also writes on the NLRB decision regarding employee arbitration agreements on its website.
