Analysts International Revenue Rises 7%

Fourth-quarter revenue rose 6.9 percent at Analysts International Corp. (NASD: ANLY) to $27.1 million from $25.3 million in the fourth quarter of the previous year.

The Minneapolis-based information technology staffing and solutions firm posted fourth-quarter gross margin of 24.8 percent, unchanged from gross margin reported for the year-ago period.

Net income jumped to $1.3 million in the fourth quarter from $940,000 in the same period in the previous year.

Revenue for full-year 2011 rose 2.3 percent to $109.1 million from $106.7 million in 2010.

Gross margin for the full year edged up to 24.2 percent from 22.3 percent in 2010. Net income was $3.3 million, compared to a net loss of $480,000 in 2010.
