Ed Lenz, senior counsel at the American Staffing Association, is taking on an additional role at law firm Mintz, Levin as senior advisor for employment, labor and benefits.

Lenz will continue in the senior counsel role at the ASA full-time.

Mintz, Levin partner Alden Bianchi and Lenz have worked closely in the past on issues including the Affordable Care Act. Both Lenz and Bianchi have appeared on Staffing 100 lists of most influential people in staffing.

Mintz, Levin is a Boston-based firm and maintains offices in Washington and elsewhere.
