Gibson previously served as president of Convergys Corp.'s HR management division. Prior to Convergys, he was executive VP and corporate officer of EPIX Holding Corp., a former PEO.

Former AlphaStaff CEO Jay Starkman is no longer with the firm. Starkman had taken on the CEO role in 2004 after joining the company in 2002 as its president.
