Allegis Group named Chris Hartman to lead its international operations. Chad Lane will replace Hartman as president of Allegis Group Services, an operating company within the Allegis Group family of companies.

Allegis Group Services' offerings include managed services programs, recruitment process outsourcing and consulting services.
