Allegis Group, the largest staffing firm in the U.S., completed its acquisition of Talent2, an HR business process outsourcing company in the Asia-Pacific region.

Talent2, founded in 2003, was formerly a publicly traded firm and posted A$306.1 million (US$322.8 million) in revenue in its fiscal year ended Aug. 10, 2011. In September 2012, Allegis Group formed a joint venture with Morgan & Banks Investments Pty Limited to privatize Talent2.

All Allegis Group businesses in the Asia Pacific region, including Talent2, will continue to operate in that market. The existing leadership of the businesses will remain as well.

Talent2 operates from 38 offices providing services in 30 countries across Asia Pacific, Middle East, U.K. and the United States.
