Leadpoint, a staffing provider to blue-collar production environments, named Len Christopher as COO, effective Feb. 1. This is a new position within the firm.

Leadpoint provides workers to the waste and recycling; warehousing and logistics; and manufacturing industries. Christopher will lead the company’s on-site performance managers and also direct Leadpoint’s customer service and satisfaction efforts.

Christopher has spent his career in the recycling industry, which is Leadpoint’s primary business focus. In 1997, he co-founded Evergreen Recycling, a construction and demolition recycling company in Nevada. In 2010, Evergreen was acquired by waste industry leader Republic Services, which retained Christopher as its general manager of operations for southern Nevada and Utah.

Leadpoint, headquartered in Phoenix, employs thousands of associates at client sites in 21 states.
