Korn Ferry acquires IT staffing provider Infinity Consulting Solutions

Global consulting provider Korn Ferry (NYSE: KFY) acquired Infinity Consulting Solutions, an IT staffing provider based in New York.

The deal closed Aug. 1 for a 100% stake in the firm. It is expected to be immediately accretive to Korn Ferry’s adjusted earnings.

The acquisition brings Korn Ferry a network of senior IT professionals, a data-driven recruitment process and clients across multiple industries, according to the company.

“Infinity Consulting Solutions will be a great fit, with interim professional placement offerings and expertise that are highly relevant for the new world of work,” Korn Ferry CEO Gary D. Burnison said.

“Korn Ferry’s acquisition of ICS echoes our commitment to scale our solutions and further increase our focus at the intersection of talent and strategy — wherever and however the needs of organizations evolve.”

Founded in 2001, Infinity Consulting Solutions provides senior-level IT interim professional solutions and has nine offices across the nation.

“Our track record of success and deep interim professional solutions expertise combined with Korn Ferry’s expansive organizational consulting credentials will give us even greater opportunities to deliver client and colleague impact,” Infinity Consulting Solutions CEO Doug Klares said.

Los Angeles, California-based Korn Ferry acquired executive search providers Patina Solutions Group Inc. and Lucas Group in April and October, respectively.
