Korn Ferry (NYSE: KFY) named Kara Couch as VP, product marketing in its digital business. Couch has more than 15 years of experience in product marketing, brand alignment, demand creation and sales enablement. She is based in San Francisco.

Staffing firm Genesis Global appointed Ernesto Di Giambattista as chief operating officer. Di Giambattista will report to CEO Tom Meredith.

Hallmark Health Care Solutions named Bruce Cerullo as CEO. Cerullo takes over from co-founder Isaac Ullatil, who served as CEO for the past 13 years and now serves as strategic advisor. Cerullo brings more than 35 years of experience as an investor and operation in the healthcare industry. His previous roles include chairman and CEO at both Nordic Global and Vitalize Consulting Solutions. Hallmark provides a software-as-a-service sourcing platform for contingent clinical labor.

Executive search firm Diversified Search Group appointed Caitlin Iseler as practice leader and managing director of software technology. Iseler is based in Philadelphia and Jackson Hole, Wyoming.
